Internet for every one : Project Loon

Today technology has advanced to an mountain height but is it available to every one? Most of the todays technological advance requires a persistent internet connection. Some of the countries in Asia and Africa today doesn't not have such facilities available to every one. Not only this countries but in whole world there are people who don't afford an persistent internet connection. So is any any thing possible?

So i can tell you, YES now the day is not far when every one will be able to access the internet and can use the internet to gain. Google has taken the initiative named "Project Loon - Loon for All". 

With this project (if successfully implemented) every one will be able to use the persistent internet connection. Currently Google is experimenting with the project idea in new-zealand. You can should check out Project Loon.
